About me

About me

I would describe myself as a confident introvert. I enjoy public speaking — I'm not shy giving presentations to a small group or at a public event. Reading, writing, drawing, creating, listening to music, doing photography, and playing with dogs are the individual pursuits that recharge my batteries and spark ideas.

I am an artist and a quant. I keep meticulous notes on my health and wellness. I document my meals, my health stats, and what I look like in an ongoing project to be a better man. Teaching is in my DNA. You can see it in the books and apps I've written. I embrace technology, but don't feel compelled to answer my phone every time it rings. I'm old enough to remember the awesome technology of the answering machine. Please leave me a message and I promise, I'll call you back. 408-676-9539
